We want you to feel confident shopping with Myra Atelier. Because skincare is a personal-care product, we follow hygiene and safety standards for returns.

1. Returns (general rule)

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products are not eligible for return.

Unopened and unused products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:

• unopened, unused, and in original packaging, and

• returned with proof of purchase.

Return shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error (damaged/defective/incorrect item).

2. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

​

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us at info@myraatelier.com within 7 days of delivery with:

• your order number, and

• photos of the item and packaging.

We’ll make it right via a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on availability.

3. Non-returnable items

​

We do not accept returns for:

• opened or used products,

• items marked final sale,

• gift cards (if applicable),

• items returned without original packaging (when required for safety).
   

4. Refunds

If your return is approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary by bank/payment provider. Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
 

5. Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges at this time. If eligible, return the unopened/unused item and place a new order.

6. Order changes and cancellations
